<br />i.) Refuse/Garbage - CONTRACTOR shall provide wheeled refuse/garbage <br />containers with tight fitting lids with an option of 30 gallons, 00 gallons, <br />or 90 gallons in capacity <br /> <br />ii.) Yard Waste - shall not exceed 30-gallon capacity bags and be provided by <br />the customer. <br /> <br />iii.) Recycling Bins - shall be provided by the CITY. <br /> <br />C. Location <br /> <br />Residential dwelling units (unless qualifying for "in-yard" service) shall have, as <br />required by City Ordinance, their container located within five (5) feet of the <br />boulevard adjoining the curb on or before 7:00 a.m. on the designated day of the <br />collection. <br /> <br />D. Frequency <br /> <br />Each residential dwelling unit shall have its refuse collection a minimum of once <br />per week. <br /> <br />E. Exemptions <br /> <br />No dwelling units shall be exempted from weekly refuse and recycling service <br />unless approved by the CiTY Council pursuant to the City's Refuse Exemption <br />Policy. The fee for Exempt service will be $5.00 per month. <br /> <br />F. Non-Standard Material Pick-Up <br /> <br />Residents must schedule with CONTRACTOR pick-up of non-standard material, <br />including major appliances. <br /> <br />5. YARD WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall collect and dispose of yard waste separately from refuse and <br />recyclables, at an approved composting site. <br /> <br />A. Description <br /> <br />Yard waste collection service shall include the collection of all yard waste from <br />the residential dwelling units. <br /> <br />B. Location <br /> <br />5 <br />
