<br />Yard waste not including tree limbs (less than 3 inches in diameter) shall be <br />placed in an approved container, separate from refuse and recycling containers, at <br />the curb on or before 7:00 a.m.' on the designated day of collection. <br /> <br />C. Frequency <br /> <br />Each residential dwelling unit shall have its yard waste collected a minimum of <br />once per week. <br /> <br />6. RECYCLABLE COLLECTION SERVICE. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall collect and market all materials that are generally accepted as <br />recyclable. (see Appendix B) <br /> <br />A Description <br /> <br />\ <br />Recycling collection service shall include the collection of all recydables from <br />CITY offices, and residential dwelling units in the City. <br /> <br />B.
