Each <br />residential dwelling unit may deliver non-standard collection materials, yard <br />waste, garden waste, brush and recyclables to an agreed upon site for disposal at <br />no additional charge to the resident. CONTRACTOR shall provide the labor, <br />equipment, time, and transportation for disposal or processing. The CITY will <br />pay as follows for the Springand-Fa:H-Clean Up.
