Love <br /> <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> None. <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> City Administrator Mike Ericson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Finance Director Ellen Paulseth <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added Checks #30425-30429 under Item #1, added Res. #16-0XX – <br />Constitution Week under Item #7 and P & Z Recommendation to Opt Out – Temporary Family <br />Health Care Dwellings and Ord. #16-0XX, Second Series, Opting-Out of the Requirements of <br />MN State Statutes, Section 462.3593 under Item #8 and #8a on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br />the Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. July 27, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the minutes will be presented at the next council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
