CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville July 28, 2016 through August 10, 2016 Claims (Check #30394- <br />30424) w/Voided Check #30322 & (Check #30425-30429) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District through July 22, 2016 Claims (Check #7555-7571) <br />w/Payroll Checks #7551-7554 <br /> <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department through August 3, 2016 Claims (Check <br />#10989-11036 <br /> <br />4.Res. #16-0XX – Domestic Violence Awareness Month <br /> <br />5.Corrpro – Water Tower Maintenance Contract (Annual Renewal) <br /> <br />6.Anoka County 2017 Pictometry Flight - $562.45 <br /> <br />7.Res. #16-0XX – Constitution Week <br /> <br />8.P & Z Recommendation to Opt Out – Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings <br /> <br />a.Ord. ##, Second Series, Opting-Out of the Requirements of MN State <br />Statutes, Section 462.3593 <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity for Council Members to remove of any items of <br />concern. <br /> <br />Council Member Love requested that Item #6 be pulled for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Paar to Approve Consent <br />Agenda Items 1-5 & 7-8 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Love questioned the frequency of use of the County’s GIS website and <br />Administrator Ericson stated Staff utilizes it regularly. Council Member Paar questioned the use <br />of DataView and whether Staff was continuing to use that tool. Administrator Ericson stated that <br />it is outdated and costly to update. Council questioned whether the pictometry is available to the <br />public and Staff concurred through the Anoka County web site. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to Approve <br />Consent Agenda Item 6 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber questioned the correspondence contained in the Council’s packet regarding <br />Alexandra House and “How Open is Your Local Government?” and Staff noted that Alexandra <br />House was informational and that “How Open is Your Local Government?” is in response to the <br />League of Women Voters recent attendance of a previous Council meeting. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Recap of 2016 Fete des Lacs City Festival – Activities & Parade <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson thanked all that were involved in the Festival and stated it was a big <br />success and that he had received a lot of compliments regarding the fireworks.
