City Code, Chapter 116: Tobacco Regulations; Sales (Hookahs, Sale of <br />Paraphernalia, Sampling, Vaping & Etc.) <br /> <br />The Commission continued discussions regarding hookahs, hookah bar/lounges, sale of <br />paraphernalia, sampling, vaping and other associated activities that potentially could take place in <br />tobacco establishments. The Commission viewed YouTube videos on hookahs to better <br />understand how they operate.
