<br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />Wednesday, June 1, 2016 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on June 1, 2016 at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Jon Grahek <br />Vice Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br />Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Council Member, Steve King <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Public Works, Paul Palzer <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the June 1, 2016 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:37 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe <br />to replace #1 with Thrash Camp X and add modify date for July P & R meeting and P & R <br />Budget under New Business. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> Mr. Matt Gustason & Ms Sarah Lange of Thrash Camp X, a 2 day Skateboarding <br />camp. See New Business #1. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee <br />Member Bettinger to approve the May 4, 2016 minutes AS AMENDED: Under Roll <br />Call: correct spelling of committee members names – Grahek, Bettinger, Palzer; <br />Under Updates #3 & 4: change in to under; Under adjournment: add Submitted by <br />Brian Peterson, Substitute Recorder.
