<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on July 13, 2016 at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Jon Grahek <br />Vice Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br />Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Public Works, Paul Palzer <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Council Member, Steve King <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the July 13, 2016 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:37 p.m. in Administrative Offices of City Hall. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member <br /> <br />Peterson to add #4. LaMotte Ball Fields # #5. Park Facility Application under New <br />Business and to add #7. Movie in the Park and to add #8. P & R Financials/Budget <br />under Updates. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES ~ NONE <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee <br />Member Bettinger to approve the June 1, 2016 minutes as amended: Under <br />Updates #2 & 3: change spelling of Ericsen to Ericson.
