UPDATES/OTHER <br /> <br /> <br />1.Council Updates – Council Member Steve King <br /> <br /> Mr. King was unavailable to attend the meeting due to his attendance of the City <br />Council meeting scheduled for the same date. <br /> <br /> <br />2.2016 Music in the Park – <br /> <br /> Committee Member Peterson will speak with Mr. Tom Lee regarding the audio <br />equipment for Music in the Park-ing Lot scheduled for August 6, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.2016 Fete des Lacs ~ 5k/8k Runs Updates – Administrator Ericson <br /> <br /> Administrator Ericson was unavailable to attend the meeting due to his attendance <br />of the City Council meeting scheduled for the same date. <br /> <br /> <br />4.2016 Fete des Lacs – Committee Updates – Administrator Ericson <br /> <br /> Administrator Ericson was unavailable to attend the meeting due to his attendance <br />of the City Council meeting scheduled for the same date. <br /> <br /> <br />5.2016 Tour de Hugo Bike Ride - Tabled <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6.2016 Bike Minnesota - Tabled <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.Movie in the Park <br /> <br />Committee Member Peterson provided some options for the movie to be selected <br />for this September event which include: Jungle Book 2016, Inside Out, Zoo <br />Topia and Peanuts. The Committee liked the Peanuts option for a cost of $400. <br />The rental cost of the projector will be $250 and will be either 45 or 52 lumens. <br /> <br /> <br />8.Financials <br /> <br />The Committee discussed what funds that are currently available and funds that <br />will be needed for upcoming projects. The Committee would like copies of the <br />2015/2016 financials/budget that show when the $15,000, from 2015, was carried <br />over to their budget..
