<br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />Wednesday, September 7, 2016 ~ 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on September 7, 2016 at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Jon Grahek <br />Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Council Member, Steve King <br />Public Works, Paul Palzer <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Vice Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br /> <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the September 7, 2016 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:37 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee <br />Member Grahek to use the agenda format for Unfinished Business, New Business <br />and Updates as printed on pages 4 & 5 of the August 10, 2016 minutes, adding #2 <br />Use of Laurie LaMotte Park, Cub Scout Rocket Launch & # 3 Use of Acorn Creek <br />Park, Soccer under New Business. All in favor. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES ~ None <br /> <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> The minutes of the July 13, 2016 were still unable to be approved as an incomplete <br />copy of the minutes were provided (missing pages 2 & 4). Tabled to October <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member <br />Peterson to approve the minutes of the August 10, 2016 meeting as written. All in <br />favor with Committee Member Amundsen abstaining. MOTION CARRIED. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
