ReG nest for Variance to Allow Cons <br />Chairperson Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:33 p.m. <br />Mr. Magdik introduced himself to the Commission, stated that the lot is very odd sized, felt that <br />the lot could not be utilized to its full potential if not allowed the variance, felt that the hardship <br />was not doing of his own and to make it feasible to build a desirable home he needed the <br />encroachment. <br />Mr. Frank Zimny, 7252 Main Street, stated that he felt that if a variance was granted it would be <br />setting precedence which could cause future issues for the City. <br />the Public <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Request for Conditional Use Permit — 2030 Main Street, Mr. Gary Spanier (Rumble <br />Industries) — Operate a Motor Vehicle Sales & Service Business (Primarily <br />Motorcycles, ATV's & Snowmobiles) <br />The Commission reviewed the Draft Conditional Use Permit, and questioned whether Mr. Spanier <br />could comply with the regulations set forth in the Draft Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Spanier <br />stated there would be no problem. <br />motion <br />6,ommend to <br />roved <br />favor.Commiss:ion. All in <br />• .ome Inc. <br />Mr. Zimny mentioned that one house has been entirely demolished to the foundation and rebuilt <br />on the lake and again stated that he has concern for setting precedence. <br />Mr. Hal Wagner, 1525 Peltier Lake Drive, stated that he is the abutting property owner, previously <br />requested to purchase the lot, and is also concerned for setting precedence by granting a variance. <br />
