Johnson <br />STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson <br />OTHERS <br />Council Member Steve King <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Mosher. <br />to <br />1. None. <br />1. Request for Conditional Use Permit 2030 Main Street, Mr. Gary Spanier (Rumble <br />Industries) — Operate a Motor Vehicle Sales & Service Business (Primarily <br />Motorcycles, ATV's & Snowmobiles) <br />Chair Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:31 p.m. <br />Mr. Gary Spanier, Rumble Industries, introduced himself to the Commission and noted that he <br />was moving to the building due to restricted size limitations, ease of access and poor visibility in <br />his existing location in Spring Lake Park. He stated that he has been a responsible business owner <br />in Spring Lake Park and looks forward for the opportunity to become the same within Centerville. <br />Mr. Spanier stated that he has had an opportunity to meet with Staff, discuss issues, reviewed the <br />proposed language contained in the Draft Conditional Use Permit and concurs with the proposed <br />conditions. <br />0 -, <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
