City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 26, 2016 <br />MayorAdministrator Ericson reported that he serves on the board and that a designee of Centerville <br />. 1' questioned 1 1cil Member King would like to participate 1 he <br />stated that he would', <br />low <br />Council Member King did request that Administrator Ericson continue to forward information to <br />Council. <br />� <br />,........ 111, <br />. <br />1. Administrator n <br />a. Anoka County — Rice Creek Watershed District Appointment <br />Administrator Ericson reported that the term expires for the position of Manager on the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District Board of Managers and if anyone is interested they need to submit <br />their names to the Anoka County Board. <br />b. 2016 League of MN Cities & Metro Cities Regional Meeting, November 30, <br />2016 <br />Administrator Ericson noted the upcoming Regional Meeting, stated that he would be attending <br />and that if anyone else desired to notify him as soon as possible. <br />Mayor Wilharber reported that the City has processed 75 absentee ballots to date. He noted the <br />November 9, 2016 regularly scheduled Council meeting had been rescheduled to November 16, <br />2016 due to canvassing of the election results. The November 23, 2016 regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting has been cancelled due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. He also noted that the <br />Parks & Recreation Committee has had a vacancy for quite some time and Council is looking <br />forward to filling it. <br />The Mayor noted that the City's old sign is currently being replaced with a new, LED <br />programmable sign. Administrator Ericson stated that he has received numerous suggestions for <br />the old sign's use. <br />Council Member King stated that he attended a recent Fire Protection Council Meeting and <br />reported that the budget would be forthcoming shortly. <br />Council Member Love stated that he remembered that he wanted to ensure that Consent Agenda <br />Item #6 followed policy and he did not have a problem with it. <br />
