Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Love stated that the appointment of a Student Election Judge was a great idea. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to Approve <br />Consent Agenda Item #5 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />st <br /> <br />1.Joint Powers Agreement – Lino Lakes & Centerville for 21 Avenue Extension <br />(Clearwater Creek Business Park) <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the language of the Joint Powers Agreement with Lino Lakes for the <br />st <br />21 Avenue North extension is the exact same for this agreement.
