CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />January 11, 2017 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled meeting of <br />January 11, 2017 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Elect Jeff Parr <br />Council Member Elect Russ Koski <br />Council Member Steve King <br />Council Member D. Love A 1) 1) r ov e <br />Council Member Elect Matt Montain <br />ABSENT: None. <br />STAFF: City Engineer Mark Statz <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. OATH OF OFFICE <br />Administrator Ericson administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Paar and both Council Member <br />Koski and Council Member Montain. He stated that the Mayoral seat is a two year term and Council <br />Member seats are for a four year term. <br />Mayor Paar thanked his wife Gina Paar for the all the support and understanding she has given him in <br />the past 14 years. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />Mayor Paar stated that staff was unable to complete the minutes in time for consideration. <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Paar added Checks 430771-30782 to the Consent Agenda, added Massage Therapist <br />Certification/License and Massage Therapy Establishment Renewal for Ms. Lisa Kieselhorst subject <br />to successful background check by the Police Department as Item 410 under the Consent Agenda, <br />and requested that Item 45 under New Business be moved to Item 41. <br />
