Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation to Approve Special Event Permit <br />Application — Shake Your Shamrock, March 11, 2017 — 7:00 a.m. —1:00 p.m. <br />9. Successful Performance Review, Completion of Year 18, City Clerk, Ms. Teresa Bender <br />10. Massage Therapist Certification/License & Massage Therapy Establishment Renewal - <br />Ms. Lisa Kieselhorst (Subject to Successful Background Check by Centennial Lakes <br />Police Department) <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove items <br />for further discussion. <br />Council Member Love requested Item 45 and 6 be removed for additional discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Koski to approve the Consent <br />Agenda Items 1-4 and 7-10 as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />Item 5 - Stepping Stone Emergency Housing <br />Council Member Love requested a recap of Stepping Stone Emergency Housing. Administrator <br />Ericson stated that the Directors introduced themselves to the Council last year and stated that they <br />are a local nonprofit that provides emergency housing to youths and adults from within Anoka <br />County. He also stated that they are looking for a nominal donation of $450 which was included in <br />the 2017 Budget. <br />Item 6 - Acceptance of Dead Broke Saddle Club Donation - $4,500 - Council Member Love <br />wanted to publicly thank Dead Broke Saddle Club for their donation of $4,500. He stated that Dead <br />Broke has been a prime supporter on the City's Park & Recreation Committee goals and desires for <br />the City to forward a thank you letter. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items #5 and #6. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None. <br />X.
