ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br />1. 2017 GOALS <br />The Council, Committee/Commissions held a work session to conduct the 2017 City Council Goalsetting <br />Session and the following items were discussed: <br />Engineer Statz reviewed the City's Enterprise Funds (Sewer/Water/Storm Sewer Infrastructure) and Street <br />Improvement Program. <br />Park Dedication Fees review, who does business visits — P & Z & EDA, location of fishing pier — MNDNR <br />Grant/Waterworks/Trailside/ St. Genevieve Church, EDC -EDA — change makeup?, Commission stipend <br />increase from $20 budget, City Signs — We Recycle, City Entrance, Easements, Welcome Signs, Create <br />Historical Society/Commission, review City logo, information on website — budget, roads, etc., <br />outlots/easements/Mill Road — Centerville Road -33 City -owned properties, GIS map, playgrounds — sinking, <br />falling apart — evaluation, asset management, employee training, community pride with neighbors, congrats. <br />ISD #12 students, hire administrative intern, Night to Unite, CLPD/CFD and Taste of Centerville. <br />The goals will be shared and vetted with the Committee/Commissions and brought back to Council for final <br />approval. <br />Mayor adjourned the work session at 10:00 p.m. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />15 <br />
