I - F TH OWN TV MW I F n ". <br />Administrator Ericson administered the Oath of Office to both Ms. Linda Broussard Vickers and <br />Mr. Jon Grahek. <br />All members were present and accounted for. <br />1. Request for Conditional Use Permit — 6867 — 2e Avenue South (Ready Landscaping, <br />Mr. Patrick Ready) <br />Chair Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br />Mr. Patrick Ready, Ready Landscaping was present and introduced himself to the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission. Mr. Ready stated that he is a smaller firm with 5-10 employees. He stated <br />that he provided lawn and landscaping services with snowplowing and would like to have the <br />ability to store bundled block and woodchips and landscape rock outside behind the building. He <br />explained that they desired to make improvements to the interior and exterior of the building with <br />the construction of a privacy fence and similar improvements as another landscape firm down the <br />street.
