12.2 Overtime will be distributed as equally as practicable. <br />12.3 Overtime refused by an employee will, for record purposes under ARTICLE 12.2, be <br />considered as unpaid overtime worked. <br />12.4 For the purpose of computing overtime compensation overtime hours worked shall not be <br />pyramided, compounded or paid twice for the same hours worked. <br />12.5 Overtime will be calculated to the nearest fifteen (15) minutes. <br />12.6 Employees have the obligation to work overtime or recall to duty if requested by the <br />EMPLOYER unless unusual circumstances prevent the employee from so working. <br />12.7 Employees may accumulate up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours of compensatory time <br />in lieu of payment under Section 12.1. Compensatory time may only be used with the <br />specific permission of the EMPLOYER. <br />ARTICLE 13 - RECALL TO DUTY <br />An employee who is recalled to duty during the employee's scheduled off-duty time shall receive <br />a minimum of two (2) hours pay at one and one-half (1'h) times the employee's base pay rate. An <br />extension of or early report to a scheduled shift for duty does not qualify the employee for the <br />two (2) hour minimum. <br />A second recall within two hours of the first recall shall not be compensated for except for the <br />actual time worked over the two hours. Example: A call -out is received at 1:30 p.m. and last for <br />one hour. The employee's is again called out at 3:00 for one-half hour. Total pay would be two <br />hours at overtime rate. If the second or subsequent call would extend the total time beyond two <br />hours from the first call a second minimum two (2) hour call out would apply. <br />ARTICLE 14 - UNIFORMS <br />14.1 The EMPLOYER shall provide and replace as needed all EMPLOYER required uniform <br />articles and equipment. Employees quitting employment with the Employer shall <br />reimburse the Employer for any uniform purchases made within the 60 days immediately <br />prior to termination date. All items purchased shall remain the property of the Employer. <br />14.2 Employees shall be granted up to a maximum of one hundred twenty-five ($125.00) <br />dollars per year for the purchase of approved footwear. <br />ARTICLE 15 - VACATIONS <br />15.1 Full-time employees shall earn vacation at the rate of: <br />9 <br />45 <br />
