City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 25, 2017 <br />VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />1. December 14, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes (Unavailable for meeting) <br />2. January 11, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes (Delivered via email prior to the <br />meeting) <br />Mayor Paar stated that staff was unable to complete the December 14, 2016 minutes in time for <br />consideration. <br />Council Member Love clarified language on page 4 regarding Res. #17-002 — 2017 Fee Schedule and <br />he questioned whether fees had been modified, City Administrator Ericson stated no but the minutes <br />reflect that modifications had been made for flat rate fees for permits (basement finishing, <br />door/window replacements, pools, reroof/reside, and siding) as the State decreased their State <br />Surcharge from $5 to $1 which was included in the fee for simplicity. Council Member Love <br />requested that the minutes reflect that the Administrator stated no but modifications had been made. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to approve the <br />January 11, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes with the above stated modification. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br />VIII. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville January 12, 2017 through January 24, 2017 Claims (Check #30783- <br />30802) & (Check #30803-30812) <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims through January 10, 2017 (Check #7732-7735) w/(Check <br />#7732-7735 Payroll) <br />3. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through January 19, 2017 (Check #11258-11277) <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove items <br />for further discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Koski to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None. <br />X.
