RCWD Permit Number 16-1 le
District Engineer has shown that BLWs designed to be compliant with District rate control rules
using TP 40 precipitation values are typically compliant when using Atlas 14 precipitation values,
as Indicated In a memorandum by HEI dated May 14, 2014 and titled RC14V Rude dnmpketlam of
Adopting Ages 14. Additionally, the memorandum also determined that freeboard requirements
would be deemed compliant without additional modeling N the existing enw9enc y overflow
elevation of the BMP was 2 Beet lower than the low wy elevation. The proposed project meets
these requirements as the proposed slab on grade entry is 806.3 and the proposed impervious
area is less than the approved Impervious arra. Based on these considerations (the precipitation
analysis and an EOF greater than 2 feet lower than the lowed opening), and no local adverse
Impacts due to ot%!te peak flow management, the project meets peak nate requiremerris of C.7
and freeboard requirements of C.9.
3. Wetlands There are no wetlands located within the project arae.
4. F — The site is not in a regulatory floodplain.
5. 9MMM QM_W — Proposed erosion control methods include sht fence, rods construction
entrances, inlet protection and rip nap. An NPDES permit is required for the Project. The
trnfommadon listed under the &*Won and Sedimentation Control Recommendations needs to be
submitted. ase, the project compiles with RCWD Rule D requirements.
S. Mimics Udm — The main trunk of ACD 55 runs along the western property line. There are
no deferred drainage charges for the property. The District has received an acceptable easement
meeting the requirements s of C.10(b) under permit 05-110.
7. Documeraina Easements and MatntenaM Oblig ---Per C.5(a), wtmn an existing regional
BMP Is proposed to manage stormwaW runoff. the applicant shall show the BMP is subject to
maintenance obligations enforceable by the District. The existing maintenance letter submitted
under permit 05-110 is not considered acceptable. Applicant must update maintenance
obligations In a manner acceptable to the District.
8. Previous Permit Information —Previous permit Information includes 15-1838, 15.089 (permit was
withdrawn), and 05-110.
Houston Engineering Inc Page 4 of 4 21812017
14, C
22
