C01JNCIL EXECU'l1VE SESSION <br />1. CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL <br /> <br />At 8:45 p.m., the council reconvened its JNeti", following the work session. <br />2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />a Performance Review - City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson <br />The Council discussed with the City Attorney the need to close the meeting to discuss the <br />perfortM~ of the City Administrator, DaDas Larson. Mr. Larson requested that the <br />meeting be kept open and the Council determined to leave the meeting open. <br />The Council reported the results of its review to City Administrator Larson, each Council <br />member in turn expressing their opinions on how he had met their expectations. Motion <br />by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar that City Administrator <br />Larson be given a satisfactory review and that due to exemplary pelf~ and in <br />recognition of CourtciI's satWaction with Mr. Larson's work, his salary sbaIl be <br />increased to an ,nml.J rate of $83,000 effective April 4, 2006.
