W4,RCWD <br />RICE CREEK WATEMED DIARU <br />— Identify the methods and means to achieve Rule C, Part 5, Water Quality and Volume Control of the <br />RCWD rules. <br />` Identify areas and elevations for stormwater storage adequate to meet Rule C, Part 6, Peak <br />Stormwater Runoff Control and RCWD Rules. <br />`Include specific local ordinances and demonstrate that they're in compliance with RCWD rules or <br />include at a minimum that the City adopts RCWD rules and regulation by reference. (see Ch. 8.3.2) <br />_ Acknowledge and identify those locations where flows leave the City and are transferred <br />downstream, with an assessment of how the rules applied by the City under current full build-out <br />conditions to reduce flows if necessary.
