CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Mosher. <br />1. Roll Call <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. ROLL CALL <br />Members were present and accounted for. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br />1. Request for Conditional Use Permit — 7095 — 21" Avenue South (Luther Towing & <br />Service, Inc.) <br />Chair Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:31 p.m. <br />Mr. Craig Kozar, owner of ADL Auto Repair & Drive Shafts, Inc., was present and stated that he <br />had signed a lease with Mr. Keaton Luther, owner of Luther Towing & Service, Inc., believing <br />that his operation fit into the zoning of the building. <br />Mr. Luther was present and stated that he had been operating at the location for two (2) months, <br />signed a two (2) year lease and desired continued operation at the site. Mr. Luther stated that he <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit several months ago. <br />No members of the audience provided input. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
