Lynn & Associates <br />June 2, 2017 <br />Mr. Mike Ericson, City Administrator <br />City of Centerville <br />1880 Main Street <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br />Dear Mr. Ericson: <br />SUBJECT: Proposal for Services — Organization Review <br />INTRODUCTION: <br />The City of Centerville has requested that an organizational review be conducted to <br />help ensure that the City has a high-quality staff and is continuing to develop Council <br />Members. The timing is right for conducting this high-level review. Lynn & Associates <br />is well equipped to work with the City on this important initiative. <br />GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: <br />The general goal of this proposal is to conduct a high level organizational review of city <br />staff and identify Council development needs. <br />Specific objectives of this project include: <br />➢ Interview and assess city staff to determine their current level of functioning and <br />engagement <br />➢ Work with City Council Members to help them clarify the City's mission and core <br />values. These values will be used to help evaluate city staff and future city <br />employees. <br />METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: <br />Dr. James Lynn, and Tom Esch will perform the services in this proposal. Dr. Lynn will <br />provide the lead role, with assistance from Mr. Esch.
