4. The City shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACFPC for all claims, damages, losses, <br />and expenses, including attorney's fees, for all of the acts or omissions arising out of the <br />Instructor conducting the training session or seminar. <br />5. ACFPC shall reimburse the City for providing the Instructor at a rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) <br />per hour worked as dcfined by ACFPC. <br />6. This Memorandum of Understanding may only be amended by a written docLunent fl,=cuted <br />by both parties. <br />8.
