o If deadline passes and fee is not paid, it will be added to your property <br />taxes for 2019 at the 2019 rate ($8,000) <br />o For the foreseeable future, there will be no deadline to hook to water. <br />Hook-up will be required when triggered: <br />Upon sale of the property <br />Upon well failure (in excess of $1,000) <br />Upon application for building permit which adds more than XX SF <br />of an addition to the home <br />o The WAC fee (currently $1,800) is due upon hook up to city water along <br />with other applicable inspection fees <br />Going forward, where water main and lateral connections become available, the resident <br />must connect within 1 -year, or that deadline is waived if they pay the Lateral Fee and <br />agree to connect upon the sale of the property, well failure or application for a large <br />building permit. <br />M <br />
