City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 25, 2017 <br />assist 3rd, 4th and 5 t grade students in gaining important study habits similar to the <br />High School AVID program which prepares students for college readiness and <br />success. <br />Council viewed a short YouTube made by Centerville Elementary students <br />regarding the achievements made and new programs that have been instituted <br />throughout the year. <br />Several Council Members commented that the school is taking shape and looking <br />great. <br />Mr. Whitwam thanked Council for their time and invitation. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Paar added Check 431046 through 431054 under Consent Agenda Item 41. <br />Mayor Paar noted that Council had before them replacement pages 2-9. <br />Council Member Love requested that New Business be moved and discussed prior to Old <br />Business as members of the audience were present for that item. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to <br />Approve the Agenda with the Above Noted Amendments. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />1.
