City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 11, 2017 <br />Some modifications had been made for flat rate fees for permits (basement finishing, door/window <br />replacements, pools, reroof/reside, and siding) as the State decreased their State Surcharge from $S <br />to $1 which was included in the fee for ease of staff. Committees/Commissions Economic Development Authori -- Mayor Paar stated that this <br />will be on their goal and currently do not have this set but they are thinking a couple of <br />council members, citizens, and small business owners as volunteers. <br />11. Park & Recreation Committee -Chairperson Kevin Waeghe, Vice Chairperson, Kevin <br />Amundsen, Committee Members -- Chris Bettinger, Brian Peterson and Suzanne Seeley <br />Administrator Ericson stated that there is a vacancy on the Parks & Recreation Committee.. - <br />Council Member Liaison -- Montain -- <br />12.
