City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes January 11, 2017 Some modifications had been made for flat rate fees for permits (basement finishing, door/window replacements, pools, reroof/reside, and siding) as the State decreased their State Surcharge from $S to $1 which was included in the fee for ease of staff. Committees/Commissions Economic Development Authori -- Mayor Paar stated that this will be on their goal and currently do not have this set but they are thinking a couple of council members, citizens, and small business owners as volunteers. 11. Park & Recreation Committee -Chairperson Kevin Waeghe, Vice Chairperson, Kevin Amundsen, Committee Members -- Chris Bettinger, Brian Peterson and Suzanne Seeley Administrator Ericson stated that there is a vacancy on the Parks & Recreation Committee.. - Council Member Liaison -- Montain -- 12.
