Recommendation to Council Regarding Peltier Estates Preliminary Plat, <br />Rezone & Comprehensive Plan Amendment — 7357 — 20th Avenue North <br />(Moore Property), 18 Acres <br />Commissioners continued a thorough discussion on a number of development issues. <br />Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Grahek to <br />Recommend to Council Approval of the Rezone Request from R-1 to R2A and <br />Preliminary Plat with a Cul -de -Sac Only. Commissioner Johnson Opposed. Motion <br />carried. <br />2. Small Cell Deployment <br />City Administrator Ericson noted new legislation approved after one extensive lobbying <br />effort. He stated that more information would be received from the League of MN Cities. <br />Commissioner Grahek, a sergeant with the St. Paul Police Department explained in St. <br />Paul they need small repeaters on light poles to improve cellphone coverage. <br />VIII.
