City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 14, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />1.May 24, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Paar stated that the minutes were unavailable at this time. <br /> <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville May 26, 2017 through June 9, 2017 Claims (Check #31055- <br />31090) & (Check #31091-31104) w/Void Check #31102 <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims through June 1 (Check #7871-7875) <br />3. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through June 7, 2017 (Check #11447-11486) <br />4. P & R Recommendation for Appointment of Ms. Heidi Grahek as Committee <br />Member <br />5. P & R Recommendation for Approval of Special Event Permit Application, <br />Fete des Lacs 5/8K Walk/Run & Kids ½ Mile, Hidden Spring Park and Trails <br />Within Centerville <br /> <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or <br />remove items for further discussion. <br /> <br />Council Member Montain desired to make a note regarding Check #31086 but not pull it <br />from consideration. <br /> <br />Council Member Love desired to pull Item #4 for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />Consent Agenda Items 1-3 and 5 as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Love thanked Mrs. Heidi Grahek for applying for one (1) of the vacant <br />Parks & Recreation Committee positions. He stated that the Grahek family has endured <br />and continues to endure many personal hurdles but she is steadfast on volunteering for <br />her community. Mayor Paar stated that Mrs. Grahek will be a huge asset on the <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to approve <br />Item #4 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that she did attend the Committee’s June meeting and he <br />believes that she will be a welcomed addition. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Lynn & Associates Proposal for Services – Organization Review <br />a. HueLife Proposal for Employee Engagement/Organization Review <br /> <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the HueLife Proposal was presented at Council’s <br />previous meeting, tabled and Council requested additional proposals.
