June 28, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br /> June 28, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. July 12, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar stated that the minutes were unavailable. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville July 27, 2017 through August 9, 2017 Claims (Check#31232- <br /> 31246) W/Voided Check#31247 & (Check#31250-31266) W/Voided Check#31267 <br /> & 31268 <br /> 2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through August 3, 2017 (Check#11546-11561) <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove <br /> items for further discussion. <br /> Council Member Koski desired for Check 431246 to be removed for discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the <br /> Consent Agenda as Presented. <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that the City Council desired to market the community and for the <br /> last two (2) years the City has been a member of the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce <br /> and that he serves on the Board of Directors. He stated that he believes that the contacts and <br /> work completed by the organization is very effective and relevant. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Demonstration of City Council Tablets <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that Council authorized the purchase of laptops for Council, <br /> Committee and Commission members. Intern Roberts stated that Council has received their <br /> laptops. He stated that Committee and Commission members would be receiving theirs shortly <br /> following setup by staff Mayor Paar suggested that if any member of Council desired assistance <br /> to contact City Hall and staff would be more than willing to assist them on use.
