CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br /> meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Pete Johnson <br /> Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> Commissioner Mark Haiden IN <br /> Commissioner Elect Linda Broussard Vicker <br /> Commissioner Elect Jon Grahek <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner Kim Ganzel <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member D. Love <br /> L CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Mosher. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Administrator Ericson administered the Oath of Office to both Ms. Linda Broussard Vickers and <br /> Mr. Jon Grahek. <br /> IV. ROLL CALL <br /> All members were present and accounted for. <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. Request for Conditional Use Permit— 6867—20th Avenue South (Ready Landscaping, <br /> Mr. Patrick Ready) <br /> Chair Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> Mr. Patrick Ready, Ready Landscaping was present and introduced himself to the Planning & <br /> Zoning Commission. Mr. Ready stated that he is a smaller firm with 5-10 employees. He stated <br /> that he provided lawn and landscaping services with snowplowing and would like to have the <br /> ability to store bundled block and woodchips and landscape rock outside behind the building. He <br /> explained that they desired to make improvements to the interior and exterior of the building with <br /> the construction of a privacy fence and similar improvements as another landscape firm down the <br /> street. He stated that no retail sales will take place at the business. <br /> Pagel of 3 <br />
