City of Centerville <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> January 3,2017 <br /> Chair Mosher closed the public hearing at 6:34 p.m. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Motion by Commissioner Brousarrd Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to <br /> Approve the Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. December 6, 2016, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> Chair Mosher provided Commissioners with an opportunity to make modifications to the <br /> presented minutes if they desired. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Haiden, seconded by Commissioner Grahek to Approve the <br /> December 6, 2016 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review of P & Z and Council Decision Regarding Request for Lot Split, Rezone from <br /> R-1 to R-2 and Associated Comprehensive Plan Amendment, 7384 Old Mill Road <br /> Owners: Pat Fruth & Cathy Fruth <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that the Planning & Zoning Commission requested additional <br /> information from Staff and the owners at their last meeting. He stated that the owners concur that <br /> they desire for the property to be rezoned with all stipulations regarding driveway compliance with <br /> the existing home. <br /> The items was forwarded to Council in December and they approved it with an offer to pave the <br /> existing driveway in an amount not to exceed $4,000. It would be completed within one year of <br /> the recording of the lot split and only to Mr. & Mrs. Fruth. <br /> VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Request for Conditional Use Permit— 6867—20th Avenue South (Ready Landscaping, <br /> Mr. Patrick Ready <br /> Motion by Chairperson Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Recommend to <br /> Council Approval of the Findings of Fact and Draft Conditional Use Permit as presented. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. Metropolitan Council Community Profiles <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that the documentation enclosed with the packet was for review <br /> purposes only. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
