PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. Request for Conditional Use Permit — 7095 — 21st Avenue South (Luther Towing & <br /> Service, Inc.) <br /> Chair Mosher opened the public hearing at 6:31 p.m. <br /> Mr. Craig Kozar, owner of ADL Auto Repair & Drive Shafts, Inc., was present and stated that he <br /> had signed a lease with Mr. Keaton Luther, owner of Luther Towing & Service, Inc., believing <br /> that his operation fit into the zoning of the building. <br /> Mr. Luther was present and stated that he had been operating at the location for two (2) months, <br /> signed a two (2) year lease and desired continued operation at the site. Mr. Luther stated that he <br /> applied for a Conditional Use Permit several months ago. <br /> No members of the audience provided input. <br /> Pagel of 3 <br />
