Safety Program Proposals (MMU A & SafeAssure) <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the City has not been doing as well as it could <br />on providing safety training and procedures for Staff. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee agreed that it is a good idea to purchase a program if possible to <br />assist the City. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Paar. seconded bv Council Member Terwav. to <br />.,prove purchase of ,.r~tv prosrram with tJle Ml\!V~ 3J ~ol!lmel!t1~ bY ~"'Q'. Requ~st to Construct Fence in E@~me{lt - 1994 North Robin Lane (JIurd) <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that Staff feels this is a reasonable way to handle <br />allowing the fence in the easements. Staff has looked at these two and the only <br />comments were that the fence should move back behind the meter or relocate the meter to <br />the front of the house. <br /> <br />Mr. Hurd indicated that he is installing the fence for Ms. Burke and there is a difference <br />of about two feet so he feels she would not have an issue moving it back to allow the <br />meter to be accessible. <br /> <br />Page 4 ofl0 <br /> <br />1 <br />
