Comprehensive Plan, official controls,platting or dedication requirements enacted after the date <br /> of this Agreement. <br /> 6. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The Plat shall be developed in accordance with the <br /> following plans ("Plans")which are on file with the City. The Plans shall not be attached to this <br /> Agreement. If the Plans vary from the written terms of this Agreement,the written terms shall <br /> control. The Plans are: <br /> Plan A— Peltier Estates final plat dated <br /> Plan B Final Grading&Drainage Plan dated 11/2/2017 prepared by Plowe <br /> Engineering, Inc. (Grading Plan"). <br /> Plan C Utility Plans for Sanitary Sewer&Water Main, Storm Sewer,Pond, <br /> Street,Boardwalk and Details, for Peltier Estates, dated 11/2/2017 <br /> prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. ("Construction Plans"). <br /> Plan D -- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan dated 11/2/2017 prepared by <br /> Plowe Engineering,Inc. <br /> 7. .IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following <br /> improvements ("Improvements")as required by the Construction Plans: <br /> A. Sanitary Sewer System <br /> B. Water System <br /> C. Storm Sewer <br /> D. Streets <br /> E. Concrete Curb and Gutter <br /> F. Street Lights (city will order, developer to pay and install) <br /> G. Site Grading, Ponding and Erosion Control <br /> H. Underground Utilities <br /> I. Setting of Iron Monuments <br /> J. Sidewalks and Trails (including Boardwalk) <br /> K. Surveying and Staking <br /> L. Mailboxes <br /> M. Street and trail signage (developer to pay; city will order and install) <br /> N, Trees, sod and landscaping <br /> All Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City's subdivision ordinance; <br /> City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other applicable <br /> ordinances or policies. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications for the <br /> Improvements that have been prepared by a competent registered professional civil engineer to <br /> vxG--2017-11-03 Page 3 <br /> 18 <br />
