<br />solely through after-tax payroll deductions rather than through Pretax Contributions, if permitted <br />by the Employer, may make election changes with respect to such benefit in accordance with <br />rules established by the Employer. <br />If there is a change in cost of coverage for a benefits plan (including a self-insured plan) <br />other than the health care reimbursement coverage under paragraph 5.2.2, and Employees are <br />required to make a corresponding change in their contributions, the Employer may, on a <br />reasonable and consistent basis, automatically make a prospective increase or decrease, as <br />appropriate, in all affected Participant's Pretax Contributions. To the extent provided by the <br />Employer on a uniform basis, if coverage under a benefits plan (including a self-insured plan) <br />other than health care reimbursement coverage under paragraph 5.2.2, is significantly curtailed or <br />ceases during a Period of Coverage, affected Participants may revoke their elections under such <br />plan, and, in lieu thereof, elect to receive on a prospective basis coverage under another plan with <br />similar coverage. If a significant increase in cost is imposed by a Participant's dependent care <br />provider (other ~hanaTebtive of the Participant) or the Participant has a change in either his or <br />her dependent care provider or the coverage provided by such a provider, the Participant may <br />make a corresponding prospective change in his or her dependent care reimbursement coverage <br />election in accordance with this Section 4.5 and applicable law. If, during a Period of Coverage, <br />a new coverage option is added or eliminated, the Employer may, to the extent permitted under <br />applicable law, allow affected Participants to elect the newly added option (or another option, if <br />an option has been eliminated) on a prospective basis and make corresponding election changes <br />with respect to another benefit option providing similar coverage. <br />Section 4.6 Termination of Employment. In the event of the termination of a <br />Participant's employment, the Participant's Pretax Contributions and Employer Contributions <br />will cease at such time as the Participant ceases to receive Compensation for employment <br />servIces. To the extent permitted under Section 3.4 or Section 3.5 such a Participant may elect to <br />continue to make contributions for benefits under this Plan other than through Pretax <br />Contributions. <br />Except as provided in this Section, Section 3.5 or Section 3.7, if the Participant should <br />return to service with the Employer during the Plan Year within thirty (30) days, the prior benefit <br />election will resume, effective as of the first pay period for which (i) the Employer may <br /> <br />13 <br />
