<br />( c) Decreases in Dependent Care Reimbursement <br />Account. A Participant's Dependent Care Reimbursement <br />Account shall be reduced by the amount of any benefits paid to or <br />on behalf of a Participant pursuant to paragraphs 5.2.3(d) or <br />5.2.3(e). <br />(d) Dependent Care Benefits. Subject to limitations <br />contained in other provisions of this Plan, and to the extent of the <br />amount contained III the Participant's Dependent Care <br />Reimbursement Account, a Participant who incurs Employment <br />Related Dependent Care Expenses shall be entitled to receive from <br />the Employer full reimbursement for the entire amount of these <br />expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage for a Plan Year to <br />the extent of the amount contained in the Participant's Dependent <br />;CareReimby,rsen:rentAccount for that Plan Year; provided that no <br />reimbursement shall be paid pursuant to this paragraph 5.2.3 to the <br />extent that an expense has been submitted for reimbursement as a <br />Health Care expense under paragraph 5.2.2 or under any other <br />program or plan for the reimbursement or coverage of Health Care <br />Expenses or Employment Related Dependent Care Expenses <br />maintained by the Employer or some other person or entity. The <br />Employer shall pay all such expenses to the Participant upon the <br />presentation to the Employer of documentation of these expenses <br />in a form prescribed by the Employer. However, in its discretion, <br />the Employer may pay any of these expenses directly, in which <br />event the Employer shall be relieved of all further responsibility <br />with respect to that particular expense. These expenses shall be <br />paid periodically during the Plan Year upon receipt during the prior <br />month of a claim complying with Plan requirements and by March <br />15 following the close of a Plan Year upon receipt no later than <br />February 28 of a claim complying with Plan requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />18 <br />
