<br />Section 9.7 Effect of Mistakes. In the event of a mistake which causes an incorrect Plan <br />contribution from or distribution to a Participant, the Plan Administrator shall, to the extent it <br />deems possible, make such adjustments and take such action as appropriate to accord to the <br />Participant the contributions and distributions to which he or she is properly entitled under the <br />Plan.
