<br />Complaint Procedure: Employees Can bring complaints, ask questions, and mise <br />concerns under this policy without fear of reprisal. <br /> <br />(A) .AD. Employee who believes he/she has been made the .subject of any <br />disN-iminAtioo ox who believes hel she has' witnessed disNiminAtton should <br />report' the 'incident immediately to' his/her supervisor. The' etnployee's <br />supervisor shall then 'immediately notify the City Administ:rator about the <br />.complaint. <br /> <br />(B) If the contact with the immediate supervisor does not prove effective, or if the <br />problem is witbthe supervisor, the' Employee may at'hisjher own discretion, <br />by-pass the immediate supetv.isor and submit a written complain.t ditect:ly to the <br />GUy Admini.stmtor. <br /> <br />(C) .AD. Employee should' report the complaint.in. writing; dP.hlffing the nature of the <br />complaint and all events Jeamng up to the situation pmmpting the complAint. <br />list any witnesses to the event, the time, date and place of the alleged violation, <br />ahd any other infonnation that may be pertinent to the complaint <br /> <br />27.
