A <br />new City Administrator needs to be recruited and the Council wants to do everything <br />possible 'to find the best possible candidate for this key position. As consulting <br />psychologists with experience In assisting cities ftnd the right leaders. Lynn & <br />Associates Is well equipped to work with the CIty, on this important objective. <br /> <br />GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: <br /> <br />The general goal of this proposal Is to help the CouncIl profile. screen.
