<br />METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: <br /> <br />Dr. James Lynn, and Usa Lynn, MA, LP, both consulllng psychologists, will perfonn the <br />services In this proposal. The Implementation steps are as follows. <br /> <br />1. Review this proposal, sign It, and send or fax a signed copy back to Lynn & <br />Associates (Fax 952.474.3738). <br /> <br />2. Lynn & Assocfates reviews existing Infonnation the Council has from previous City <br />Administrator searches end prepares a new packet for the current search. A Search <br />Conn.dttee Is fonned to coordinate the whole process The Search COhulllttee may <br />be the whole CouncIlor a part of the Council with one or two staff menabers <br />depending on the wishes of the Council. The members of the Search Commitlee <br />would be expected to spend more time on this process. <br /> <br />3. Jim and Usa meet with the CouncIl members, to review the recruitment - hiring <br />process for the City Admirrlsbator, showing a draft schedule with steps and who <br />would do what. A Draft Recrufting Schedule Is attached Is this proposal as <br />Appendix A deta8ing the tasks Lynn & AssocIates and the Search Committee would <br />be doing with estimated timing. <br /> <br />I 4. ~__~~__~~~~~__~~L~~__~nl?!~~_~~__~~~__~~_J~~:__.~~L...-.-{ DeIeIIId: <br />candidates Would send their resumes and IetteIs of Interest to Lynn & AssocIates. <br /> <br />5. Jim Lynn and lisa Lynn will meet every two weeks with the Search Commitlee to <br />review findings. <br /> <br />6. Lynn & AssocIates would create the Structured Interview Guide and other <br />assessment protocols for the screening to help evaluate the candidates. <br /> <br />7. Jim and Usa would facilitate the psychological assessment and interviews with <br />candidates. <br /> <br />8.
