C11" <br /> vxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx ... . <br /> December 2 , 2017 <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> 1884 Main Street <br /> Centerville,MN 55038 <br /> Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council-, <br /> The city's personnel policy states: "Each fiscal year, the City Council shall review the <br /> pay plan d make changes it determines are necessary." and "The City Council shall <br /> opt hourly rates of pay for all positions not covered by the classification and pay plan." <br /> City finance staff has modified the attached pay matrix to reflect a 2.75% Cost of Living <br /> Adjustment (COLA) reflected e approved 2018 budget, in addition to those <br /> positions covered by the matrix, the following pay adjustments are recommended for <br /> approval: <br /> Job 2017 241 <br /> Part Time Rink Attendant $9.04 $9.50 <br /> Seasonal Public Works St $10.00 10°50 <br /> Seasonal Public Works(1 yr exp.) 10.50 11.00.hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works(2 yr exp.) 11°00 12.00.hr <br /> PAIL Secretary 12°00 12°44 <br /> Part Time Custodian $12.50/hr $12.50 <br /> Temporary PT Office Assistant 16.04 16.00 <br /> Part Time Finance Director 75°00/hr 75.00/hr <br /> Members of labor unions are under separate negotiations for salary adjustment and are <br /> not affected by the adoption of these pay rates. <br /> Pay adjustments approved here will be made retroactive to the first of the year. <br /> It is understood that exempt employees, covered by the pay matrix, earn a salary of the <br /> hourly rate listed in the matrix,multiplied by 2080,regardless of the hours worked. <br />
