liable for any defects in any plans or specifications submitted or approved; any <br /> loss or damages to any person arising out of the approval or disapproval of any <br /> plans or specifications, any loss or damage arising from the noncompliance of <br /> such plans and specifications with any governmental ordinances and regulations; <br /> nor any defects in construction undertaken pursuant to such plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> 8.6 Additional Standards. The ACC is authorized to promulgate from time to time <br /> additional written architectural standards, guidelines and other regulations <br /> governing the construction, location, landscaping, and design of alternations and <br /> Improvements located or to be located on the Property. <br /> SECTION 9 <br /> MAINTENANCE <br /> 9.1 Maintenance by Association. The Association shall provide for all maintenance, <br /> repair and replacement (collectively referred to as "Maintenance") of the <br /> Common Elements. This includes, without limitation: <br /> a. Mowing and other maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees and other <br /> landscaping located on the Common Elements; <br /> b. All mailboxes that serve the Units; <br /> C. The Irrigation System, defined above, which may include, but is not <br /> limited to, wells, pumps, filtrations systems, electrical power, housing, <br /> irrigation lines, and sprinkler heads, and which shall be located within the <br /> Common Elements and the Irrigation Easement; <br /> d. The boardwalk located on the Common Elements; <br /> e. The retaining walls located on the Common Elements and a portion of <br /> which may be located on the rear of Lots 3, 15 and 17, Block 1, Peltier <br /> Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> f The pond located on the Common Elements, pursuant to that maintenance <br /> agreement between the Association and the Rice Creek Water Shed <br /> District, as may be amended from time to time, and additional <br /> Maintenance, in the discretion of the Board; <br /> g. Any entrance monument constructed on the Property, including <br /> landscaping ang lighting. <br /> 22 <br /> 022818 <br />
