City of Centerville <br /> Parks&Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> February 7,2018 <br /> It was moved by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Seeley to recommend to the City Council to approve the use of the kiosks, city <br /> facilities and to approve a minimum of $2,000 donation to support Centennial <br /> Schools Community Education programs. All in Favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee <br /> Member Seeley to approve the January 3, 2018 P & R meeting minutes as written <br /> with the addition of VII. UPDATES/OTHER #5. Meeting Efficiency. There was <br /> discussion regarding the efficiency of the P & R committee meetings. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 1. Skating & Sledding Nights—January 20, 2018 <br /> The January Skating/Sledding Party was very successful with a good turnout. <br /> About half of the Schwann skating tickets were given out as sledding prizes. <br /> 2. Skating Night & Hayride—February 10, 2018 <br /> The Hayride will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The cost to the P & R for the <br /> hayride will be $875.00. Skating & Sledding will continue until 9:OOpm. Staff <br /> will provide a check and signed contract, approved by the City Council, to be <br /> given the stables representative(s) on February 10th. Supplies may need to be re- <br /> inventoried& replenished prior to this event. <br /> 3. Fete des Lacs 5/8 Run/Walk—Pat Branch **Tabled to March Meeting <br /> 4. Gaga Ball Pit— Corner Braces TABLED TO MARCH MEETING <br /> 5. P & R Website— To be Moved to Updates/Other <br /> 6.
