Centerville 2040 Chapter 3: Land Use <br /> The 2040 Future Land Use Plan (Map 3-2) identifies the land use designations for <br /> development in the City. Most of the remaining gross vacant land will be dedicated to <br /> residential development. The downtown area will include a mixture of residential uses <br /> and retail or office uses with the southern portion of Main Street focused on <br /> redevelopment to commercial uses as market demand allows.
