<br /> <br />Q. Trails? <br />A. We had a lot of good discussion <br />on this one. As new properties are <br />developed trails can be built as a condi- <br />tion of the development. The idea is <br />to connect people to businesses, <br />schools, and parks through walking or <br />biking. Parks and Recreation has spent <br />some time on this and will hold a pub- <br />lic hearing in May. The General Fund <br />already has money allocated for this <br />and with some planning help areas <br />such as Old Town will see pedestrian <br />improvements as wen. <br /> <br />I'm excited.
