We have had 2 meetings and are now meeting with <br />each committee to ask what they view as Important. In March, we <br />will finalize the plan to present to you and ask for your comment. <br />Stay tuned and I will have more to report next mc)nth. <br /> <br />Help Wanted ' <br />Council needs your help. We wiD be forming a citizens adviSory <br />task force on communications to guide us on webpage technology, <br />newsletters, cable TV and much, much more. Council wants to <br />make sure that we Inform you of what we are trying to accomplish <br />and simplify the steps and methods for you to tell us what is impor- <br />tant and matters to you. So if you have skills in computers and web- <br />pages we need you. If you are a writer, public relations, videogra- <br />pher, photographer. or just Interested in the topic, please offer your <br />talents. The building will be built by Chlcil( <br />Homes. Welcome to Centerville. <br />. Approved a site plan for the commercial property across from <br />City Hall on Main Street. Two public hearings were held and <br />everyone from neighboring property owners'. to the developer <br />worked hard to mitigate concerns. The property will be shops <br />and a restaurant as we understand at this time. <br />. Denied a rezoning of property from residential to industrial <br />along Clearwater Creek and 20'" Avenue. <br /> <br />We're off to a good start.
