We have had 2 meetings and are now meeting with each committee to ask what they view as Important. In March, we will finalize the plan to present to you and ask for your comment. We wiD be forming a citizens adviSory task force on communications to guide us on webpage technology, newsletters, cable TV and much, much more. Council wants to make sure that we Inform you of what we are trying to accomplish and simplify the steps and methods for you to tell us what is impor- tant and matters to you. So if you have skills in computers and web- pages we need you. If you are a writer, public relations, videogra- pher, photographer. or just Interested in the topic, please offer your talents. Welcome to Centerville. . Approved a site plan for the commercial property across from City Hall on Main Street. Two public hearings were held and everyone from neighboring property owners'. to the developer worked hard to mitigate concerns. The property will be shops and a restaurant as we understand at this time. . Denied a rezoning of property from residential to industrial along Clearwater Creek and 20'" Avenue.
