The bulkling located on the <br />west side of 20th Street South formally housed Eagle Trucking for the past <br />several years. <br />The building provides ample space Inside IncI out to park City vehicles, <br />and equipment In a warm, dean environment. Several offtces within the <br />building Qffer a conducive environment to conduct business meetings and <br />such. Some minor remodeling Is antidpated to better meet the needs of <br />the Department and the City. <br />Centennial Lakes Police Department will utilize an oftlce in the building <br />as a sub-station in Centerville. <br />Public Works had been housed In the building along CenterYllle Road <br />and Sorel Street for the past several years. The building had a dirt floor in <br />the small shop, presenting a challenge In storing equipment and keeping <br />things dean. The Police Department used a small portion of the building to <br />work out of when In Centerville. <br />The building, which originally had been constructed by volunteerS, re- <br />ceived a few additions throughout the years as the need arose. Centerville's <br />CIty Hall had been <br />located In the build- <br />ing prior to their new <br />building along Main <br />Street.
